The Nikon D5000 is a high-end, entry-level digital single lens reflex camera. Compact in size as far as most DSLRS go, the D5000 sports a 12 megapixel sensor and a variable angle, Live View LCD.

The D5000 also has a High Definition movie mode with sound capture, an 11-point autofocus system with 3D Tracking, and a built-in system that automatically removes dust from the sensor.
