I have digital camera Fujifilm s3500. My XD memory card jammed in the camera when I on the switch I got this message on the screen “No Card”. I have noticed the memory card Golden Chip separate from the card and drop into the camera bag. I insert memory card without chip therefore the card stuck in the camera. How it will solve? Sad

Hi bugsmedia and welcome to the Q&A Board!

Sorry to hear about the memory card jammed in the camera. If I were you, I'd call the card or camera manufacturer, or both if necessary, for technical help. It may be that you need to send the camera in to have the card professionally removed. If you try to do it yourself, you may damage the camera.

You didn't say if your equipment was new or older, so make sure to inquire the costs involved for repair. If your camera is an older one, it may not be worth the cost and you may be better off buying a new camera and card.

Visit the website of the manufactures for contact information.
