 Ok.  I am in the process of trying to install and unload pictures to my computer, but for what ever reason my computer won't recognize the connection of the camera to the computer (though the camera recognizes the connection) so I can't get the camera to appear on the list of cameras to unload from. It worked the first time but my dad decided to uninstall it and it wont work anymore. PLEASE HELP!! Windows 98 Opperating System

Hi WhirlieDrama and welcome to the Q&A Board. If you haven't already the first thing you need to do is reinstall the software. You weren't clear as to whether this had been done.

PS - I removed your duplicate post. Wink

That is where my problem is coming in.  When I try to reinstall it at the point where it asks you to plug the camera in so it can set up a connection the computer doesn't recognize the fact that it is plugged in though the camera says that it has made a connection with the computer.

Ok lets try this...
   * Connect the Camera with USB Cable.
   * Double Click/Open  "My Computer" on your Desktop
   * Double Click/Open "Control Panel"
   * Double Click "Add New Hardware"
   * Start installation procedure for new hardware (Digital Camera)
   * Windows won't recognize your camera, but you'll be prompted to insert a disc with new software on it. Insert the Installation CD and complete the procedure.
   * Restart your computer when finished with the installation process.
