Hi! Asked a question this morning, but got the answer quickly from Panasonic.  Manual doesn't detail how to disconnect the FZ3 from the computer. An icon shows up on the task bar which needs to be closed before you disconnect or turn the camera off.  Tried just turning camera off and got a nasty message from my computer, but closing the icon worked. Thought other first owners might make use of this info. Thanks for offering the forum!

Hi there, and welcome.

Thanks so very much for sharing the information.  Cheesy I know it will help others!

I have the Panasonic FZ3, too, and love it. I agree that the manual doesn't give enough details about some of the camera functions. Fortunately, there are places like the Q&A Board where users can help one another. We try our best here and if we can't find a solution, we'll try to point you to a place that can.

We sincerely appreciate your input and taking the time to visit here. Stop by any time with questions or information.
