The Lord blessed me with the opportunity to get some more shots of a blue heron that my wife and I often see on the way down to see her family.  It is often on a small pond on the way.

I tried using a smaller aperture and slower shutter speed this time in order to get a more focused, sharper image.

Here are the results:

The first 3 shots there are from previous encounters.  I was more pleased with the new ones. Smiley

Next time, to make them even sharper, I need to get my tripod out of the car and use it.  Smiley

Nice work!

I like them all, but I particularly like #354. The heron looks so graceful.

They are lovely.  I particularly like 367 with that slightly raised leg ... very delicate. :-)
