Anyone else found a use for Adobe PhotoShop's "Lizard Skin" effect?

Here is one I found, and suits the occasion of "Spider-Man 3" being in theaters now. :-)

It looked like Spider-Man's mesh suit to me, so I couldn't resist this one.  Grin
