Camera battery not working?

Can someone confirm what the voltages should be between the three terminals (- C +) on a sony lithion ion NP-BG1 battery.  I get roughly 4 volts between + an - and 2 volts between - and C nothing between + and C.  My camera has stopped working and I a wondering if it is the battery.....

Hi and welcome!

I think your best bet would be to contact Sony. They should have the answer to your question, and could give you pointers to see if something else could cause this problem.
