I got this lens for my Canon Rebel XTi. I bought a UV filter and a polarized filter for the lens. I am still getting too much light when I take a picture. Suggestions?Huh

Hi there Phyllis and welcome to the Q&A Board!

If using a smaller aperture and/or lower ISO number don't help, you may have to buy a neutral density filter. We have a bit of information about them here:

What a great focal length! Bet you have to use a good tripod with it!

Thank you for your suggestion. I am now trying to find a filter that will fit the 95 mm opening. I do have a heavy duty tripod.

Hi,

a 95 mm filter, if it even exists, will be incredibly expensive. Maybe a rectangular filter system (like that of Cokin) would be a better choice in the long run.
