memory card troubles

Hey Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows what these files are on my fuji film 2gb Compact Flash memory card - here is a link to a screenshot of the memory cards folder - http:// www.alexanderthenotsogreat.com/memory.html

i cant delete the files either Huh?

any help would be much appreciated,

Yikes.  Looks like some corrupted files/data to me.  I would suggest formatting the memory card - with your camera, not your computer.

Save your good files/photos from the card first.  Wink

Some others here might have some more or better advice.

I think that is going to be the solution though.

I agree with the advice already given.

I don't use an Apple Computer much but the square gray images look like images I've seen when their is no program on the computer that can read them.

They're not video files are they? If so, are they Apple QuickTime? If not, you may have to download the appropriate program.

I have no idea why they're locked.

If none of the suggestions work, contact FujiFilm. If you have a moment, let us know how you get it worked out.

thanks for the suggestions guys. i wasnt too sure as it isn't my camera but i just went through the camera's menu and chose format memory card and got rid of all the files. So now its all deleted, thanks!
