Hi and welcome to the board!
With an adapter, you can use any filter if its diameter matches that of your adapter (for instance, I own a Canon S2 and have a 52 mm adapter, so any 52 mm filter will fit).
As to where to find adapters, that really depends on where you live! I would suggest checking with your local camera shops. Also, you might check with
www.lensmateonline.com since they make adapters for many Canon cameras, and are very trustworthy. I don't see your camera listed for now, but an adapter for another model might fit your camera.
