need a stepping ring 30mm to 39mm do they exist please help

Hi Clacky and welcome to the Q&A Board.

After a quick search around I don't seem to be able to find that particular step up ring available. That doesn't mean they're not available but it doesn't appear to be a common combination. :-/

You may want to call a place such as B&H photo. I've been to their super store in New York and what they carry is amazing.

Good point Gail, I went to their website but the closest one I found was a 30.5mm - 39mm. Calling may be the better bet, if they don't have it maybe they know where to point you to.
