I have Sigma lenses that I currently use on my Pentax 35mm camera (Sigma UC Zoom 70-210mm 1:4-5.6)  I also have a somewhat inexpensive digital camera with limited possibilities.  Since I have found the ease and control of "developing" my digital pictures I would like to purchase a digital camera that has the same capabilities of my 35mm.  My question: Is there a digital camera that I can use my lenses?

Hi Debbie and welcome to the Q&A Board. You didn't mention the actual mount type of your current lenses. Regretfully unless there is an adapter available you may be limited to Pentax and even then there may be some restrictions. The Pentax *ist DL accepts several lense mounts as indicated below, perhaps yours is one of them?

PENTAX KAF mount compatible with PENTAX KAF2, KAF and KA mount lenses; Power Zoom Function - Not available; K-mount Lenses - usable with restrictions; S-mount Lenses - usable with adapter and restrictions; 67/645 Lenses - usable with adapter and restrictions

Well Debbie we generally don't like to give specific recommendations as a lot will depend on what you're going to be doing with the camera, feature set desired, etc. As I indicated above it is possible that the Pentax *ist D (it's a digital SLR  Wink) will fit the bill and work with your lenses. If you want to check out the other possibilities go to dpreview or stevesdigicams. They both offer fairly extensive reviews of the various brands.
