Hey all, I really hope someone can help me out tonight.  I am an underwater digital photographer, i shoot with an Olympus c5050.  Anyways, I have been doing this for years, and twice now I have run into this problem that I do not know how to solve.  The first time I lost all my pictures for work, losing some money.  The second time is tonight, and I don't want to lose more money?  So here is my problem.  I took pictures all day long, almost filled the 256 xD card, but when I got home to download the pictures, neither my computer nor my camera will read the card, both say it need reformatting?  Is that my only answer?  Or is there something i could do to get those pictures?  Please help me out.

 Thanks to anyone who answers,

 Scubaces from Maui, HI

Hey thank you so much for the help.  I downloaded a digital photo recovery program that found almost all of my pictures, it was from www.photosrecovery.com a very easy program to use.  Thanks again for the help, also my xD card bit the dust it can't even be reformatted and the program still saved the pictures.  Great program, bad card, I'm going back to my compact flash card.  Thanks all...
