hey..

something is wrong with my camera..
whenever i turn it on..
the camera's zoom in lense goes in and out and then turns on.
also when i try to take a photo. the photo is all blury and when i go to zoom in the camera turns off.


please help me!

Hi rebs000 and welcome to the Q&A Forum!

My first thought is that the batteries may be very low on power. Replace them. If you're using rechargeable batteries, and they a very old, you may have to get new ones (try conditioning the old ones first. If fully charged batteries don't work, you should probably call the manufacturer.

hey..
thanks for the help, but my camera has it's own battery and i fully charged it, but it keeps doing the same thing

We would love to help but, unfortunately, the only help we can give is to recommend that you contact your camera manufacturer or a camera repair shop.

Any battery, even those that are built in, have a lifespan. Even if it appears fully charged, an older battery may not hold the charge like it did the first year or two.

I certainly don't know if the battery is old or bad. The only way to determine the problem is as suggested above.
