The lead that connects my new Medion camera to the computer does not fit into the computer USB slot - does anyone know if htere is anything I can do apart from take the camera back to Sainsburys

Hi there, and welcome!

Insert a different usb cable to make sure the problem isn't with your computer. If it's fine, I'd return the camera or ask them to supply you with another cable. An alternative is to use a usb memory card reader to transfer images directly from the card to the computer. But that doesn't solve the fact that you may have a bad cable.
