Unedited, my best pics of the 500+ I took last week using my FZ18 with a UV filter.

Any comments to help me improve would be a blessing to me in helping me become a better photographer.

Hi engineerdude, and welcome!

You have some impressive photos there, well-exposed under some challenging lighting conditions. They are quite artistic as well.

My main suggestion for a few of the images is to watch the horizon line so it doesn't cut a photo in half, so to speak.

Thanks for the tip about not cutting the horizon in half.  I'll have to remember that next time. Really I was just snapping away as much as possible and handlful turned out good.  The rule of thirds was in my mind though.  Grin
