I have a sony dsc-s60 digital camera that can also take film short mpeg movies. When i upload the pictures and the short movies on my computer, some movies play, and other say they cannot play, becuase windows media player does not recognize the extenstion. Does anyone else have this problem? How can I get around it and play the rest of my videos? Thanks.

Hi agtjamesb007 and welcome!

Hmmm, this is a new one for me.

Did anything happen in the transfer process? Seems if some videos are fine and others aren't that some have become corrupted. I'd also call Sony tech support and ask their advice to make sure noting is malfunctioning with the camera.

Hope it gets sorted out!
