Hi praveen and welcome!

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Is it your card reader which is faulty, or your memory card? Did you manage to transfer the pictures or not?

I'm guessing that you lost the pictures, and want to recover them. If you have tried two card readers, and none work, the only thing that I can think about is to connect the camera via USB to the computer and see if you can access the card from there. Maybe it will work, though honestly I doubt it.

If nothing works, it means the card is corrupted. One last (do this LAST, after all else fails) thing you could do is to format the card (if you have the option of a low-level format, do not do this for the time being) and then try again to recover the files with a recovery software. Maybe it will work.

After you (hopefully) recover your images, or at least when you're ready to start shooting again with your camera and memory card, format it again, this time doing a low level format if you have that option.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask them.

If you're a professional photographer I highly recommend you call the manufacturer of your CF card and/or card reader. They can provide top professional advice. Our advice is geared to novice and intermediate users.
