When I try to change the startup pictures and sounds to my Canon S3 is I get an error message "access denied etc." to the temp folder containg the camera startup files on my PC. Can anyone tell me how to correct this? The properties of these files are NOT read only or hidden. The version of Zoombrowser EX is 5.6.0.27

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to your question. Have you tried calling Canon techinical support; I'm sure they can guide you through the process:
