HI,can anyone tell or explain to me how I can download fonts into photoshop seem to be having a hard time figuring this out.

Hi christopher and welcome to the Q&A Board!

If I understand your question correctly, you don't have to download a font into Photoshop, you need to install or add it to your system Font Folder. Then when you open Photoshop (or any other program), you simply select it from the drop down font menu. In Photoshop, you need to have the Text Tool selected to access the font menu.
