Hi kpo, "hot pixels" are a normal byproduct of digital cameras, we all have them. The question of course is how bad they are. If they're serious enough I would suggest getting the camera back to the manufacturer for repair. To learn more about hot pixels Google

The Gimp (a free image editing software) though I'm sure similar steps can help remove them using PSE, PS or PSP.
