Can anybody suggest a freeware program that will auto run when a SD card is inserted into the card reader. I have a Compaq laptop with a built-in reader but when I insert a card all I get is Windows XP suggestions as to how I can download the card, which is not at all suitable.

Hi Wombat and welome to the Q&A Board!

Have you tried Picasa2? I love the software and it's free. Version 2 is much improved over version one!
