I use a Sony Cybershot and until yesterday, I have been able to connect to my PC and view, print, etc. my pictures.  Now, I get the message on my camera USB mode mass storage.  What did I do to get this, and how do I change the setting?  I have some pictures I NEED to print and I can't get to them!  Help, I don't know what has happened here!  Thanks.

Hi mmgram and welcome to the Q&A Forum!

Have you added any new programs recently or, if using a Window based computer, have you done a system update? Sometimes conflicts can occur. If you can do a System Restore on your computer, select a restore point before the problem occurred.

You can also reinstall the driver that came with the camera, or go toe Sony's support area of their website and download the latest drive.

If these don't work, call Sony. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks.  We installed my husband's Samsung  MP3 player the other day; tonight I uninstalled it, and my camera works again!  Guess we'll have to do another install for him, but I'm more concerned with my camera! LOL  Thanks again!

Glad it worked out. The problem could happen again when you reinstall the Samsung program, so you may want to call their tech support for advice as to how to avoid the conflict.
