I am looking for a new camera as my Kodak DX6440 burns through batteries in ~5 minutes.  It was dropped, fixed and now does this.  I am considering the Nikon L14, but can't find info anywhere on the web saying it has a burst mode.  Does anyone here know?
Thanks
Kerry

Hi Kerry and welcome to the Q&A Forum. As far as I can find the L14 doesn't have a "burst mode" per se. The best I can find it has "Multi-shot 16 (Only available at image size at 2816/normal)". I don't know exactly what that means but it doesn't sound like continuous shooting. Huh

You're right. It's very difficult to find anything about burst mode for this camera. At least one review says it has a "continuous drive." However, if this feature is important to you, contack Nikon first to make sure the camera has a true burst mode.

Mike, my Nikon 5400 has the Multi-shot 16 feature. It takes sixteen photos in rapid succession and combines all the thumbnail-like images all into a single image. I tried it once a long time ago and find it rather useless, but others may not.

I just happen to come upon one the the few Multi-shot 16 images I've taken. You can view it here (make sure you increase the size, if need be, to see the full resolution):
