Hi,

I got a new Digital for christmas a KoDAK Z812 and I having a problem with the redeye.  I have it set on the preflash but all of my pictures still have the red eye?  Any ideas??

Hi Alibama2 and welcome to the Q&A Forum. The basic problem is the light going directly into the subjects eyes. I did a quick look around but couldn't find an manufactured item to add to the flash as a diffuser or bounce but your flash actually pops up so perhaps you can engineer something? An index card and elastic or some such to redirect the flash somewhat? The fact that I didn't find anything doesn't mean it doesn't exist BTW.
