I went to Bestbuy today. Someone helped me to put back the files on the memory card.

He told me that files that have pixels, blurryand not clear that I can fix the pics and video still images by using Adobe photoshop.

Can I  use the Adobe Photoshop to fix those pics and video still images that are blurry, not clear and have pixels?

Can I  use the Adobe Photoshop to fix pics that say corrupted data?

Also I label two pics and one of the pics did not show up ,instead the pic combined with another pic. One of the pics  combined with a top of another pic. Meaning on one of my pics I see the picture and on the bottom of the pic I see the top of another pic. Can I fix this while using Adobe Photoshop?

I am running the Card Recovery Program now.

Does anyone think my pics and video still images
will be perfect, sharp, clear, with no pixels and no corrupted data while card recovery program recovers the files?

Also  does Deb, ShutterbugGail or anyone else have aol or aim, so someone can walk me through the process.

Thanks

Glad you got your files back on the memory card. Why not share with others the process BestBuy suggested.

We do not answer questions by phone or instant messaging. Those who contact us by email or the Board PM system are almost always instructed to post their questions at the Board. We answer questions publicly at the Q&A Board so other site visitors can benefit.

We've attempted to answer your similar questions in previous posts. As to the other questions, as far as I know, the answer is no. I highly recommend you contact WinRecovery or Adobe tech support. You may be able to get additional help beyond what we've offered here.
