We do not answer questions by phone or instant messaging. Those who contact us by email or the Board PM system are almost always instructed to post their questions at the Board. We answer questions publicly at the Q&A Board so other site visitors can benefit.
We've attempted to answer your similar questions in previous posts. As to the other questions, as far as I know, the answer is no. I highly recommend you contact WinRecovery or Adobe tech support. You may be able to get additional help beyond what we've offered here.
