I took some pictures at a wedding.  Didn't notice my son set the camera down to 2m for pixels.  Now, the pix look pretty "digital" when I go and print them.  Anything I can do to increase the quality?  Can a lab help somehow?

Hi, you can upsize your images with a highly recommended software called "Genuine Fractals". It does a much more accurate job than photo editting softwares when needing to increase an image substantially. You can learn more about it at http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=2 .

If doing it yourself isn't to your liking, then I'd suggest contacting some of the online print services. They may be able to do a dandy job for you as well. I don't have first-hand experience with them but perhaps another mod who has can jump in and give you some suggestions.  Smiley

A lab may be able to help, though just so far as to enlargement size.

I recently purchased Qimage Pro. I've been hearing about it for years and finally had a need to print out top quality photos. I'm impressed.

I was not in your situation, but I have heard it does a good job at enlargement from lower resolution images. You have nothing to lose to try.

You can download the Pro and Lite versions and try them for 30 days free. You may also want to start with the easier-to-use Lite, as the Pro interface can be pretty intimidating in the beginning:

Here's a link to the Lite version: http://www.ddisoftware.com/qlite/

They are priced $50 and under.
