I am new to the digicam world.  Is is possible to save video clips that can later be played in a DVD player?

Thanks for helping,
Jennie

Hi Jennie and welcome to the Q&A Board,

Yes, but you'll need DVD burning software. If you have a computer with a built-in DVD burner, you probably have pre-installed basic DVD burning software that will do the job.

I knew nothing about DVD burning but a few months ago I made a satisfying DVD (even with chapters and titles Smiley ) using software that came on my computer. It was easier than I thought.

If you don't have a DVD burning program you may want to consider one such as Roxio Easy Media Creator, Adobe Premier Elements or Pinnacle Studio MediaSuite. Most can be downloaded at the developers website for a 30 day free trial.
