We use your email address to respond to your inquiries and it is used only for that purpose. All inquiries are treated with confidentially.
Traffic to our Site
Digicamhelp tracks user traffic patterns throughout the site. None of the information is associated with individual site visitors. We also track search terms that visitors use to find our website or that they enter into our Search Site field. The information is solely used to determine which areas site visitors prefer and which pages perform best. We do not track what individuals read. The information is used to make improvements to the site that will be more useful to site visitors.
Forum Registration
Your name and email address are required to use or register at the Digicamhelp Question and Answer Board. They are used only for important board functions such as resending a lost password or sending an occasional notice. Only Q&A Board administrators can see your email address if you choose for it not to be displayed.
Newsletter Subscription
Email addresses entered into our newsletter subscription form are only used for the purpose of sending our monthly and special edition newsletters. We do not send newsletters to users who have not opted-in and confirmed their subscription.
Tell a Friend
Site visitors may choose to email a link to Digicamhelp to another individual by clicking a "Tell a Friend" link. No information is collected when you use this feature.
